Many presenters feel that the content is the real battle, but organizing the facts is only one piece of the puzzle, and often the easier piece. A presenter's delivery skills impact the impression and understanding the audience has of both the presenter and the message being communicated.
Participants will:
- Introduce the importance of audience analysis before any presentation
- Develop and refine the delivery skills of each participant through coaching
- Review working with the technical aspects of your talk from the use of slides to teleconference equipment
- Introduce and practice techniques for effectively managing audience interaction
This is our flagship workshop and the skills acquired by participants can be used to improve communication in any setting -from one on one interaction to large group presentations – polished delivery skills often define a credible speaker.
Advanced Presentation Skills
Take your presentation up a notch with a more polished set of delivery skills, even if you are experienced in front of the room.
Develop delivery skills as a confident and experienced speaker at the next level. We recognize that there is no speaker so good that they don’t have room for improvement. Anyone who has spent a lot of time in front the room, knows what it takes to reach their audience. This workshop coaches the more advanced speaker to fine tune their skills. No umm’s or repetitive gestures allowed here.
Participants will:
- Refine their delivery skills and integrate personal style
- Learn the best way to articulate difficult messages
- Practice maintaining positive audience interaction throughout your presentation to meet your objectives
By the end of this workshop, even the most experienced presenter will walk away feeling more confident in their skills and ability to reach their audience regardless the venue.
