One-on-One Interactions

How to build strong business relationships through interaction.

Credibility is created by having strong interpersonal relationships and demonstrated content knowledge. Anyone who interacts with a client knows the value of strong relationships. But how do those strong relationships get built? At the beginning, there are the first impressions others have of us. This workshop focuses on using non-verbal behaviors to create strong impressions in order to improve interpersonal interaction – creating interactions that are more persuasive and meaningful to both clients and co-workers.

Participants will:

  • Learn the non-verbal skills appropriate for face to face interaction
  • Practice difficult communications in a one on one setting
  • Identify how to tailor your message for this setting
  • Review the fundamentals of networking

It is not only what you say, but also how well you listen and respond that insures that both individuals get what they need out of your conversation. We focus on the fundamentals of establishing a strong relationship, so you can get the most out of every one-on-one interaction.
