Medical Speaker Development

Articulate complicated medical information confidently to any audience

In the medical field, colleagues share their knowledge with each other to advance the care of patients. More effective delivery and content articulation skills make for a better, more interesting educator. Even the most advanced medical professionals can use “fine-tuning” to improve their speaking skills in order to become stronger educators.  The workshop begins with the importance of understanding of what your audience could know, should know, and need to know when giving a medical presentation.  Through developing confident delivery skills your audience will be more likely to move to action.  We then layer delivery skills on top of content articulation to create strong, engaging presentations.

Participants will:

  • Polish presentation skills with relevant content
  • Review the importance of audience analysis when dealing with highly technical content
  • Practice delivering key messages
  • Learn techniques for handling topic specific Q&A sessions

By the end of this workshop, participants will have had multiple opportunities to practice and enhance their skills while receiving supportive coaching.
