Media Skills Training

Successfully get your message across in any interview situation.

While we may be prepared to do our jobs, we are not necessarily prepared to be the target of a media interview. This workshop offers information, techniques and tips that will help participants handle even the most difficult media interview.

Participants will:

  • Be videotaped doing a mock interview
  • Understand as the reporter's job and agenda
  • Learn the importance of appearance and body language
  • Be coached on handling difficult questions

This not only establishes a baseline of performance but also helps to illustrate the different aspects of media training that are covered, from the do's and don'ts of crafting and delivering your message and the crisis interview — exhibiting grace under fire.

Our highly interactive training accommodates all styles of learning. We allow learners to see, hear and do, so that all participants walk away having developed their skills in a way that feels ‘right’ to them.
