This workshop covers ways to overcome the obstacles to being an empowered leader as well as how to enable, involve, and encourage your employees to be their very best.
Participants will:
- Discuss challenges that hinder empowerment, such as fear of decision making and having difficult conversations
- Learn techniques to increase connection with others
- Practice effective listening and delivery skills
- Learn techniques to filter emotion from fact and gain understanding of others’ motives
- Practice facilitations skills to foster the creativity and hard work of your team
